Refund and Returns Policy

MESAGI.ART’s refund and returns policy is transparent and customer-friendly to you, the art lover!
If you do not receive your parcel after the maximum delivery period (for shipments without tracking) or your parcel is marked as delivered but you did not receive it (for shipments with tracking): another one will be sent to you free of charge if availabilities permit it! If not, you will get a full refund, including shipping fees.
If the creations you ordered are damaged during transit, a replacement will be sent to you free of charge if availability permits! If not, you will get a full refund, including shipping fees.
If one of the creations you ordered has a physical imperfection: you will be able to choose between a refund of the creation with an imperfection or a replacement free of charge (if availabilities permit it). Please note: it is not unusual for art books which use lots of inks during the printing process to have small, minor printing imperfections. These do not qualify as physical imperfections as long as they are small. Otherwise, this policy may apply!
Custom taxes: if you are living outside the European Union you may have to pay customs taxes depending on the import laws of your country. MESAGI.ART has no control over these customs taxes, they are your sole responsibility and they cannot be refunded.
Currency exchange rates: if you paid your order by using a different currency than the European Union Euro (€), your refund value may be lower due to currency exchange rate fluctuations. These are automatically calculated through PayPal, MESAGI.ART has no control over currency exchange rates and cannot compensate for any unfavorable exchange rate fluctuation during refund processes.
You changed your mind: after receiving your order you have 14 days to return the creations you ordered if you changed your mind. No question asked but the return fees will be at your charge.
Order cancellation: to cancel your order and to get a refund, simply reply to the email you received after placing your order or use the contact information below. Only orders that has not yet shipped can be canceled. If an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
To get support please reply to your order confirmation email or simply write your inquiries to [email protected] with your order number. If you do not have your order number (you can find it in your order confirmation email), please add your first and last name to your email.
